When you got banned: Monday April 12th at 11:53 PM 
Why you got banned: Not really sure, I got off the server and as I was loading in, I was banned by console.

What was the situation before you got banned: I was chilling with the people there and was listening to the very questionable bars (they were funny tho, someone even used my name lol) and then once everything died down i left. The only different thing I did playing this server was that I used Geforce NOW, which is because my laptop is very low spec, so maybe that was it. I'm very new at CSGO so I'm not sure what I did but maybe console banned me by mistake idk. It's a shame because I really like this server and wanna play more often.
Who banned you: Console
Are you in the wrong or in the right: I don't think anyone was in the wrong, I think it was just a mistake?

I just saw the reason and it said "duplicate account" but this is the only account I have. I know that for Geforce NOW you need to log in on a virtual desktop but it's still the same account.

not me lol I'm new to CS as a whole and its easy to tell my account isnt some alt as my account was made in 2017 and has many hours on other games (I grinded too much DarkRP for this to be some alt lmao)
