What was the situation before you got banned: Just tried to join the server today and received a noticed I was banned. Don't really talk in the server, just get on and surf a lot so I'm not sure what happened.
Who banned you: Did not get a chance to see
Are you in the wrong or in the right: The right I believe. I'm not really sure what I did. Possibly because I changed my steam name? But I had been surfing for a few days with that name.

I looked into this, it appears you are connecting using a VPN.  VPNs/Proxies are not allowed on IG servers.  I can unban you, but the server will automatically ban you again if you connect using the VPN.
