My name is Daniel but I go by "eli." I am a cybersecurity student that has found a great passion for videogames and computers ever since a young age. Over the years I have played many games but I found a special attraction for multiplayer games and games that were based around a community.
Strengths & Weaknesses
Over the years I have been part of a handful of communities and because of that, I managed to learn quite an amount of skills, useful in an online community. ( As you read through my application you will find a table with the most important communities and the roles I had in said communities. )
Some of the Strengths or skills are but not limited to:
I firmly believe that every human has a weakness, that's why we are humans, and I am no exception. Some of those weaknesses are:
Although I have quite a list of weaknesses, I am constantly working to improve myself. To fix my memory problem I am doing exercises to help me better memorize details like names, dates, etc. The other two weaknesses, I believe, come with experience. I haven't been put in enough scenarios for my time and risk management to be a problem but I do recognize they are a problem because of day-to-day life.
Why should I be accepted as a member of the staff team?
Because of my vast experience with people in online communities. I know what it takes and how hard it is, sometimes, to manage a community, and I want to help because I enjoy being around the ImperfectGamers community and I know that I would be useful.
