So my main goal as a zoner is to bring the server a step forward. Because (not fronting anyone) the majority of the zones are kinda wrong or odd placed.
I'm hosting csgo surf server for quite a while now (about 2 years). At that time always zoned all the maps by my self. That means I got some knowledge about zoning with SurfTimer/Ck.
I also did a "tutorial/FAQ" for zoning back in the days. -> https://game.xace.ch/how2zone

I'm mostly active after work: 6PM-10PM CEST for workdays and 2PM-4AM CEST for weekends
