ABOUT ME:
I am a 21 year old American with a British accent (long story). I live in North Carolina and I work in real estate and I am also a real estate investor. I own two other businesses aside from real estate and am soon to open up another one. It's actually a fun chat to have if you ever want to know more, just ask.
Because of the line of work I do I am on the server often. The times I am on is up throughout the night/early morning.
WHY APPLY?
I have been on your rap battle surf server for years on end. Being a DJ, Rapper, and all the like. It was because of this server that I have learned how to surf in the first place. And a huge part of me feels as if though I could truly be something more to the server and community I am constantly surrounded by.
Throughout the times that I have been on I have had nothing but promising times and great interactions with the community and have even been told to apply by others.
I've been an admin on servers before and I have been mods on servers before of various games. I have been a firm leader and passionate boss in real life as well. So being in a place of power is no new news to me.
I wish to apply here today because of the relationships that have and would be created, and would like to be something amazing to bring new and amazing people into the server.
One of the foremost reasons I am applying is because I've seen how during the times I am on there are no mods or admins on to stop the countless feuds I have broken apart in the past. There have been several occasions of dire need for help from an admin or mod but all are asleep or away. And a solution I propose in order to regulate the traffic that flows through in those hours of the night and early day, is to have someone who's already made a huge positive impact and has spread inspiration and energy throughout the night so that way there is always eyes on the people who come to the server by using only fair and non biased judgement.
PAST EXPERIENCE
I have been the head admin of a Minecraft server for a year and a half in the past as well as a moderator for one other surf server. I retired that position because the server was incredibly communistic and I didn't agree with the way they treated the surfers, it was disgusting.
Already being a boss in real life I understand when to cast judgment and to be a leader, how to be a good role model and things of that nature.
CONCLUSION
My true goal and aspiration is to help. To help guide the ever growing community, and to guard the casual and harmless people from trolls and toxic people who do indeed come through the server often throughout the nights where there is no rules.
I've seen countless of your teams carefully crafted guidelines and rules be broken with no consequences and the people affected have no one to rely on. It is my hope and goal through your consideration to be that guard.
