I'd like to say im extremely sorry for going against the rules of the server, and for causing lew and jump unnecessary stress. It was immature of me to act out the way I did, and I hope one day to get unbanned and to be able to be a part of the community i value so much. What i did was indirectly advertise on the server, in hopes of growing my brand, and then after being caught I fought the accusation by claiming it wasnt valid, of which i  extremely regret doing. I love imperfect always have and always will. I shouldn't have thought the way i thought or acted the way i acted, and I am deeply sorry for any agitation i may have caused. If theres anyway to reduce the time of my ban, I would be thoroughly grateful, and would approach the server in a new light.

I hope you get unbanned respect missed seeing you on the server, I was recently banned for a dumb mistake as well with no record of bans as a long time member I wish the best for your ban appeal brother mine was declined :(

to bad no one on the server gives a crap about the imperfect community and people who should get a slap on the wrist like me and respect dont even get a reasonable reply :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh: someone needs to explain what happened to this server over the 3 yrs

Sorry for the delayed reply Respect.

So as said before you know what you did was wrong and this isn't the first time you've been warned about it, meaning you have had warnings and 2nd chances already... So why should i unban someone who doesn't care about our server rules and proceeds to break them knowing full well of the precautions?

And a side note for Deadman and Sherrif, your input on anyones ban will not be taken into consideration UNLESS you were involved in the ban, which you arent.

When you got banned: 9/27/19 12am round there
Why you got banned: dropped some rude words, wasn't aware of the rules im willing to follow them just goofed.

Who banned you: The owner i believe not 100% though
Are you in the wrong or in the right: Im not in the right because i broke the rules but i wasn't aware of them so i wasn't intentionally being malicious.

I was aware that self promotion was against the server rules, but i would never have thought what i was doing would result in a perma ban. As I stated above I am extremely sorry and know that what I did was wrong and that it goes against the self promotion policies. But to be fair you cant say I dont care about the rules, I always supported the rules and even warned new members on a daily basis not to say this and not to say that. I knew that what I was doing was a form of a self promotion. But I wasnt linking which at the time was what I thought the bannable offense of self promotion meant. If i knew that describing how to find my music was going to result in a permanent ban, I would never have done it. Ive been a member of the community for over 4 years now, and every time a staff member had a problem with something I was doing, I would change what i was doing and make sure not to do it again .  I have always cared about the community and always will.

So you know its against the rules right, so why should I unban you? Because your a longtime user of IG? If you have that little of 'respect' (pun intended) for our server rules then you dont care for the server as much as you say, simple.

"But to be fair you cant say I dont care about the rules" your actions show that you dont care i dont have too tell you that you dont care for them.

 You know that ANY type of advertising is a perm ban, and if i was able too find your music from what you said in the chat then it is self promotion, simple as that.
