When you got banned: Today 8/23/2019

Why you got banned: Called X.E.D ( an owner) a retard

What was the situation before you got banned: We were all talking about a funny beat and someone said "dick in my stummy" so I thought it would be funny to hum pissy pamper (which I did for about 5 seconds) and X.E.D muted me. Edit: NO one was rapping at the time and I stopped as soon as I heard someone start rapping 

Who banned you: X.E.D. 

Are you in the wrong or in the right: Neither. I shouldn't have used that word to respond to him but I didn't know it was a banned word and a 1 year ban over a mild insult is kind of an embarrassing move. I definitely asked him why I was muted and he said that he muted me because I was being annoying. Which is a pretty passive-aggressive response, and lacks a lot of information. If he were to give me a more descriptive answer I wouldn't have reciprocated his antagonistic tone.  If I feel like responding to someone that way again I won't use the word retard or any other bannable word 


If punishment is deserved provide an alternative you would like that you yourself think is fair.

Look man I don't actually think you are a retard and I don't mean to come across as a dick but I am not gonna keel over, over a little banter. How should that not be allowed on cs go? If you would have dropped it, I would have just forgotten about and we could go about our lives. I get in minor arguments with my friends and we call each other names. When we get over after 5 minutes we are back to laughing together and having fun. That's the real world. 

Edit: I also know now that the word retard is not allowed on the server. I will not say it going forward. I was absolutely not aware of this. I don't even say the n word even though thats allowed

In either regard, I muted you for a legitimate reason as you were spamming your mic with loud non-sense.
The reason you seem to stick to is that " No one was rapping"
That shouldn't be the conclusion you come to. The logical answer should be " Shit, I was spamming the mic, My bad"
But instead, you seem to be baffled as to why I muted you in the first place.
You asked why I muted you, and I gave you an answer. That shit was hella annoying... Why wouldn't I mute you.
I'll lessen the ban a little, but try to refrain from keying your mic, unless your playing beats or rapping, or speaking words at a normal tone. Thanks :)

Ok buddy, it was 5 seconds. That's not mic spamming and I hadn't used my mic for about 10 minutes before that, but I understand you have an ego to protect. 

Get off your high horse with your logical conclusion nonsense. The logical conclusion is that you made a mistake and was trigger happy on the mutes because you didn't like the conversation going on. 

You know what's hella annoying? Teenagers acting like they are super mature and more socially apt than other people, because they admin a surf server. 

Interact with people more kid. You have rap battle in the server title, stop being such a little pussy.
