Why you got banned: F Bomb

What was the situation before you got banned: A guy in the server named "lil cripple" who has a wheelchair as his name stated that tsu.Legend called him a f*g. I filed a report using !report and the SourceBan thing said to type in chat why I was reporting the user. I stated "lil cripple was called a fag" or something along those lines, and next thing I know I'm banned.
Who banned you: jody
Are you in the wrong or in the right: I'm in the right. I was filing a report and think a ban was unjustful.


If punishment is deserved provide an alternative you would like that you yourself think is fair. At most a day ban. Seriously.

Hi, this is only the second time. The first ban was indeed for hard F. The second was me "admitting to being racist and homophobic", and so this is only the second hard F. I understand the 3 strikes and you're out policy, but this was undeserved.

I must respectfully disagree with you. Upon completing due diligence I've discovered four violations in a two month period. This type of behavior is prohibited on our servers.

You may take this up with an admin or the server owner if you would like to appeal to a higher court. However, I stand by my decision.
You are out.

As an admin, I completely have trust in our staff to do the right thing and follow and enforce the rules correctly at all times.

In this case, I am on the side of our moderator. After further examination, it seems you have had plenty of chances to correctly follow the rules of the server and respect the sanctity of the community, yet you still choose to disobey any type of ground rules.

This last ban will stay permanent. You can place another appeal in on January 1st, 2030.
