When you got banned: 9/7/2020
Why you got banned: Said "snickers" in my rap and it sounded like the N word, don't blame because it sounded like I said that but I in no way meant to say that word and never would, have been on the server for a while wouldn't throw it all away like that.

What was the situation before you got banned: Was rapping on a beat as seen in this clip: https://clips.twitch.tv/PlausibleVastPenguinRuleFive and rapped "and maybe the snickers will break then ill die" was rapping about fucking a hoe and that's what came to my mind (snickers wrapper, condom). This sounded like the N word but if you listen closer you can hear I'm clearly trying to say Snickers and please listen to the end of the clip when I'm in the discord with the streamer you can clearly hear I'm genuinely confused.

Are you in the wrong or in the right: I know for a fact I said snickers would never say that word, yes I am in the right, it was just a miscommunication and I don't blame Jular because it literally sounds like both words at the same time but it wasn't my intention, even the streamer thought I said that word and everyone in the server did but I did not mean to say it, was genuinely confused.

Well, I was there when you said the F word mid rap, so I beg to differ when you say "I would never throw it all away like that"



You didn't "clearly" say 'snickers.' Nearly everyone heard it as the hard R. Regardless if you didn't say the hard R, you didn't "clearly" not say it.

I shouldn't have to turn my volume all the way up and rewatch a clip of it 10 times to be able to tell if you said it or not.

This is fine, unfortunate I'm getting a month ban for a miscommunication but it is what it is, I just hope you know and anyone else on the staff team knows what this is not what I meant to say and its extremely CLEAR by the way I am acting after I was banned in private messages. And yes the F word was a slip up, this wasn't this was me saying a word that was perceived as a different word because it sounded like that over comms, so bringing up something I was already punished for is not only extremely backwards but I have already apologized for that multiple times to multiple people.

And yes, I would never throw it all away like that, that was an unintentional slip up and this was a me saying a word that was perceived differently. I am being punished for saying a word I did not say, but rather saying a word that sounded like another word which by the way happens all of the time with no punishment whatsoever.

Also final thought on this incident, I've sent this for review to higher ups already, but here is a slowed down clip of the incident further supporting that I said the word "Snickers", I've actually sent this clip to several people and to them it is clear what I said.
