When you got banned: 8-1-19
Why you got banned: I was banned for being involved in the toxicity of a server and also a ban wave

What was the situation before you got banned: I was listening to the lyrics that some of the rappers in the server were saying and it got super toxic and I was laughing a lot at all the roasts and then I got banned
Who banned you: Jumpman
Are you in the wrong or in the write: I believe I am in the right because I wasn't actually being toxic to anyone just joking around and mostly laughing. I think a permanent ban is actually pretty harsh for something as little as that, but it is what it is. If im still banned after this I'll just have to live with it and be more cautious in other servers.

Thanks a lot for submitting an appeal.
I appreciate the fact that you dropped it and went here to post an appeal when you contacted me on Discord. 

Anyways, yeah I see where you're coming from in this situation. You were having fun and got banning for adding to the noise at the time. Unfortunately it was a spray and pray ban and there sometimes is confusion.

The server is allowing non-prime once again and it's giving a rise to toxicity on the server so we're taking things more serious. 

In the future, please consider staying off mic when you're laughing while people are being annoying over the mic.
One person adds to it... then another person... and then another. I hope you can see where i'm coming from. 

I am lifting your ban for your due diligence, it shows you truly care to be unbanned and that's why we have this system in place, for people like you that DESERVE an unban.

See you on the server!
