What was the situation before you got banned: It was a while ago but as i remember someone said something weird and i responded with wtf?
Who banned you: Console and an admin it doesnt say what admin on the ban place..

It seems that this account you have here https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199034206715/, is a duplicate account. A second account if you will.
Your main account, with the same IP is the reason you are banned.
If you want to re-apeal, with the correct account, I can look into further. Thanks for understanding.
