Are you in the wrong or in the right: I am not exactly sure because I am unfamiliar with the scenario, but I definitely followed the server's guidelines. I've seen people violate the guidelines and not get banned.

Can you edit the thread and change the font color? Black blends in too well and I can’t read it.
