What was the situation before you got banned: I posted a link in chat to my fortnite stats (this link https://fortnitetracker.com/profile/all/Magic8Baller) because I was rapping about fortnite and bragging about my win ratio. A guy in the server asked to see my stats so I posted the link to them. I was then promptly banned for 11 months.
Who banned you: XED
Are you in the wrong or in the right: I am in the wrong.
I'm very sorry. I didn't know posting a link in chat was considered advertising and I feel like an idiot for doing such a stupid thing. Please accept my apology, I will never do this again. Thank you all for all your hard work recently rolling out all the big changes. I really appreciate all the time you spend creating this free environment for us all to play in. Take care and stay safe during these crazy times.
Oh yeah. I also went in the discord and posted my ban appeal in #support because I couldn't find this forum. The link the discord to the ban appeals is broken so I didn't know I could post here. I guess I wasn't supposed to mention anything ban related in the #support channel of the forum because I was silenced from all communications in discord. I can no longer post msg's in any channel and I'm also muted from speaking and hearing in all of the channels. My discord username is Magic8Ball#4424 I'm really sorry for bringing up a ban appeal in discord and I have learned my lesson.
I hope you can forgive me for my actions.
