Why you got banned: No Reason Given

What was the situation before you got banned: Thirtieth came into server and said was roasting people. He said "what a fun bunch you are," because no one was responding to him. I said "Yeah we're the funnest group ever." He said "Wait are you that Abstract guy that I banned from here 6 months ago?" I said "No." He said "No you're the guy that I banned from here because you were being toxic here and on Sneak's servers." I said "No that wasn't me." Less than 2 minutes later he banned me for a year, with no explanation
Who banned you: thirtieth
Are you in the wrong or in the right: I feel like I didn't do anything wrong and he just made a mistake and couldn't admit it. I know I can't prove that but it feels that way based on the fact that he gave me a 12 month ban with no warning for no specified reason other than he thinks I'm the same Abstract he banned before (I don't have any previous bans from him on this server). I'm really just not sure what I did to deserve the ban. He didn't explain anything I'd done wrong, just banned me.
If the ban absolutely has to stand could it be reduced in time to something more reasonable? Thanks for your time.
